I dont wear prescription glasses so it took me a little while to get used to them for just using the computer but i definitely noticed much less if not nonexistent screen headache and strain on the eyes

I will say that there is a bit of a trippy effect on the edges of the lenses from other light sources

I have an rbg keyboard and mouse as well as some rgb fans in my computer case so sometimes my vision through edges of lenses can be distracted or over stimulated

It still works but i probably would wear them in public because they do look slightly too small due to the nose piece not fitting
