There is a noticeable difference while wearing these and although most modern operating systems now natively support options to reduce blue light on a driver level to reduce stress on your eyes during later hours of the day that still only addresses the issue on a computer or tablet phone screen and does not account for ambient room lighting

Id bought and returned a bunch of other blue light blocking glasses from amazon because many have a blue glare weird lens colouring or a ridiculous fit some look like massive costume glasses
