Been at my computer for over an hour now and i have noticed myself blinking more often with these on although my eyes seem to be under more strain than usual

Their own product description says it only blocks harmful blue light specifically so i guess that claim could very well be true

With colour spectrum tests they do nothing or next to nothing but when looking at a blue coloured flashlight or something similar the light getting to the eyes does seem to be reduced
