Pros & Cons
Pros
They are super smooth and plays very well. The g sounds brighter than the other three. They have plenty of bottom end but also a bit of brightness on top.
Cons
Amazon description is misleading. The actual usable string is 32 and 7/8. These strings were not used and sent back, due to not fitting. The only good thing is that this set fits perfectly on a new guild starfire bass.

Competitiveness
Got these for use on a cheap-o fretless.
These are so different than regular round wounds.
To be fair though, i have never tried any other flatwounds.

Quick note tis are indeed rad sounding but the g is too thin and tension overall too floppy for my taste after a year with them

Theyre quite evenly tensioned with very relative string sizings and sound like butter after about three to four months when the zing wears off

I just know the cheapo stock roundwound strings sound lame and dont feel very good to play

They can sound aggressive depending on the signal chain andor how they are mixed
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
Not near as much string noise as round wound but not as aggressive
