Pros & Cons
Pros
never had a bad set in over 20 years. Not always a string defect. Hard tension strings are a bit louder. They seem to stay in tune quicker following string change.
as with all strings they sound best new. Initial brightness and volume and superb sound lasts for 1-4weeks. They are air sealed, will always stay fresh even after many years of storage.
Cons
Strings are defective. Never stayed in tune more than an hour, annoying to string due to the permanent coil in the strings. Didn't tune neither.
