I have them on an ebony laminate ukulele snail brand and on that uke at least i would say they do not sound bright at all

I love them when finger picked but when strummed they sound muddy and boomy to the point that i wouldnt use them at all for a strummed song

Wanted to try out the low g set and so i got those as well hated the low g this came with sounded dull and flat
