Pros

An electric bass strung to play with piccolo strings is a distinctive and unforgettable solo instrument.

Cons

Very disappointed in these strings. The e, a, d strings tuned right in but the g string. This set should never have been resold, at least not for only a few dollars less than a brand new set.

Complained to amazon was told to check back tomorrow. Not worth the time or effort. Getting a refund.

I ordered a "damaged package" 5 string set for my electric bass but i was shipped a package that had a preinstalled low b string.

I like the fact that they use less packaging.

Competitiveness

This brand is so much better than what came with the guitar.

A440 store, great bend ks put the strings on, dressed the frets, and voice instrument.

If you need a more expensive brand for different sounding strings, get those strings.

I used to buy another brand, but they've gone down hill in quality and customer service so i'm back with d'addario.
