Pros

The price enables me to refresh my strings more often. Now i have three new shiny bright strings and one dingy old one that's dead.

The acoustic bass even has a nice slap. They are capable of numerous colors from over the fingerboard.

Cons

They are more slinky than eb super slinky's. They break easily. Ghs boomers 9-42 are way better.

Complained to amazon was told to check back tomorrow. Getting a refund. Which is a shame. But hopefully not.

I ordered a "damaged package" 5 string set for my electric bass but i was shipped a package that had a preinstalled low b string.

Competitiveness

This brand is so much better than what came with the guitar.

A440 store, great bend ks put the strings on, dressed the frets, and voice instrument.

If you need a more expensive brand for different sounding strings, get those strings.

I used to buy another brand, but they've gone down hill in quality and customer service so i'm back with d'addario.
