Pros

The case now maintains a 50% humidity level, and the guitar neck is now stable. Perfect humidity levels and long lasting. Stopped the buzzing from low humidity.

These restore humidipak kits brought my mandolin cases from 28% to 50% plus. It's a disposable system good for the environment inside the guitar case.

This is super easy to use and does work great, i bought these while i figured out a more long term solution for a brand new j45.

These are great for keeping my instruments properly humidified.

Our house literally runs 38% up to low 60% and the acoustics cannot keep up.

These packs dry out fast and they do not maintain a guitars humidity.

Price

They are $20, and you can keep your instrument in tip top shape.

Kinda pricey but better than rewetting a sponge constantly.

Packaging/appearance

This allowed me to see the edges and easily remove the packet pairs without damaging the sleeves.

I found the "restore" packets and tried them out.

I put the restore packets back in it's ziplock packaging and put the maintain packets back in.

They had the "maintain" packets, which didn't quite hack it (guitar too dry).
