Price
I think that is worth the price right there!
Told my bass student and he bought them for $20 on sale from amazon.
So don't let the higher price put you off.
Still a good value for $30 i paid
Packaging/appearance
But they look cool and i'm pretty sure that's why you're all here looking at em
Competitiveness
" i find that they last longer than other nickel-plated steel bass strings and are worth the additional cost.
There aren't as many customers, which drives up prices, and they use more material, which drives up prices.
I tried daddario and i won’t go back to the eb.
I also found that the strings sounded better longer than the regular strings from d'addario.
