Pros
Perso, moi j'adore la sonorité de ces cordes.
The high tension of these strings also means that 4 fine tuners are practically a must. The price is good for beginner. I play at home for enjoyment and i feel like they serve the purpose well.
Cons
These strings are impossible to keep in tune, they make weird ping noises when fingers are lifted off the string, they sound dull even when brand new. They make whispery sounds if not hit just right with the bow. They quickly go from dull to dead.

These are correct (and necessary) when running synthetic strings with lower tension and more string movement during vibrations.

The fine tuners on my acoustic are way too fine for the 3 synthetic strings and i need to use the pegs every time i tune

I bought these at the same time as i bought a new violin and i am so happy that i did as two of the strings that came on the violin broke during tuning glad i had these to replace them
