Pros & Cons
Pros
A good tip to get around this is to use a small metal paperclip to go under one side of the button battery which helps it make contact properly. Really pleased with this battery tester. Certainly recommend it without hesitation.
Very lightweight construction, settings are clearly lined on body of unit. The unit draws power direct from the battery being tested so it is accurate every time.
Cons
Very flimsy item. When you hold a battery in it and it is quite fiddly, the voltage keeps dropping. Essential instructions, diagrams & table on tester card obscured by labels stuck on top which can't be peeled off.
