Pros

Easy to use to hide a 16 ga ext cord on a patio. Needed wire channel for outside under our gazebo. These hide the cable song the baseboard in my sons room perfectly.

Be sure to measure accurately your needs and then use a hack saw and miter box (preferred but not required) to do the cutting. Solves the problem quickly and economically. I'm sure you could use snips but my mini bandsaw made the cuts simple.

If necessary to remove, the screw holes are repaired easily in wall board. Adhesive is quite sticky so make sure you dry fit first. Stuck to brick wery well.

Cons

The adhesive is cheap. The corners are badly made and only hold on with 2 clips. The double-sided tape is foam-like and when the track is pulled down splits along the foam - hence you have a thick line of adhesive and chunks of foam on the wall/ceilin... Read More

The concept of this is great, but the logistics of it fails horribly. The connecting pieces and corner trim are garbage. It looks a lot better than this stuff hanging off your wall.
