Pros

The wiim has bass and treble adjustment knobs on the front. The knobs are high quality and turn very smoothly, they’re quite enjoyable to use. It has the three most commonly used control volume, bass and treble.

All of the inputs and output ports on this dac are strong. This is an excellent solution for my sennheiser 560s headphones via usb audio.

The audio device is powered by an android charger. You can plug the micro usb cable into the 5v/2a adapter (such as phone's) or plug it into outlet.

Fosi audio has horrible customer service and does not want to honor their warranty. It's affordable, but you get what you pay for. Nah this product stinks.

It's micro usb and you can't push the plug all the way in. All the supplied cables are too short and extremely cheaply made.

Highly recommended for a budget dac amp

I wanted an audio dac to improve my listening experience, so i found this one for a fairly good price.

But for the price, i am very satisfied.

For the price works and sounds ok!

Competitiveness

I found the older iteration of this dac with the micro usb power port at mckay's books location.

I have heard nothing but mostly good remarks about fosi audio although i haven't used anything by that brand.

I haven't tried any fancier or more expensive dacs, so i can't compare the quality or say that it's the best around.

My mac m1 lacks 'punch' compared with the dac-q4.
