Pros & Cons

Make sure you have space in your shoe to accommodate a pair of thicker insoles. These are thick for comfort with holes for breathability at the toe end. They are actually really sturdy support for people with flat feet.
These are a low-rise arch insole which offers good support for your foot. The insole material looks similar to a running insole but feels much more cushioned. These ones have a higher level of arch support than most of the others.
Cons
Size 5-6 insoles can be trimmed with scissors but there are no guide lines to help. The fore foot - about one third is mainly foam with air holes. The remainder of the soles have a very hard insert which is heavily contoured.
