Content really all minerals only mineral magnesium oxide is not absorber its cheap mineral not good quality if you buy this buy also magnesium citrate or magnesium gluconate or magnesium lactate

I am sure it is all because multivitamins minerals msm have a high absorbtion since it does not contain chemicals which usually are not recognised by the body and thats why no benefits are felt
