Pros
The length is a wonderful length that goes past the derriere to the upper thigh. It fits really comfortably and looks great with leggings and boots. It has a really nice slit side styling detail.
Tunic isn't heavy-weight or bulky. Warm but breathable. Wife loves it because it is a little heavier than say cotton or polyester.
The size small fits me big – as shown the amazon model. I’m 5’7, 150ish, 34g and ordered the medium. It fits true to size, but a slouchy and slightly large.
Fit is as expected, so no unpleasant surprises there. Fit is a bit boxy as is their style, order a size down if you want a closer fitting tunic top. It falls nicely and the fit is roomy.

Cons
Who needs that kind of discouragement. Side vents just draw attention to the least flattering parts of your body, especially when you're short and curvy. If a long tunic style shirt is styled properly, side vents are not necessary.
