Pros
The fit was tighter and more revealing than i prefer. Perfect for layering, or wearing alone. The color is a nice, neutral beige and looks good under a blazer.
The quality of this brand meets my standards and the price is soooooooooo much lower. The only thing is it bunches up a little around the top. They're great quality and very comfy.
Im 5'4 and 146. Lbs, and the small is just right for a loose, swingy fit. It's true to size and doesn't shrink.
The fabric is a little clingy, but not too bad to accentuate rolls too much. It's soft and doesn't seem to wrinkle much.
The shoulders fit perfectly now, so sizing up would make them hang incorrectly. The sleeves aren't tight, but they are pretty snug. There is a slight waisted area.
Cons
The neck and drape are very different to the photo. It is very soft comfortable material so if you don't mind a 3 quarter sleeve it might be for you but just be forewarned about what you're really getting.

Part of that has to do with the fabric -- a thin, stretchy jersey -- but also with the cut.
A little slimmer through the body, so more like a long tee than a swing tunic, which in happy with.
Price
I think the price is reasonable, fit is good, but i may give a size smaller a try.
The price - spot on when it's on sale at $13.
Competitiveness
I have ordered this top in 6 other colors/patterns as it's rare to find an affordable top in a x-small at $13.
It's nicer than a typical tshirt, but very comfortable.

Disappointingly even though it fits somewhat loosely above the waist it follows the line of my hips clinging instead of swinging

If you have narrow hips or a straight upanddown figure then this top might swing since the lines go straight down from the armpits instead of flaring

Sizing up doesnt help since i also tried a large and all that did was make the top too big
