Pros
The fit is a bit boxy, but if you get your size, or even a size smaller, it will still look flattering. They are a boxy fit so if you go up in size the width gets bigger too. The xs still has an oversized fit but i wouldn't wear it with leggings.
Quality of the material is nice enough for work under cardigans and jackets. Made of a great thinner sweatshirt type of fabric.
The fabric is pretty and looks like it could be worn with legging and sneakers or dressed up. Awesome wardrobe staple.
Very comfortable and breathable fabric. Great for lounging but also looks nice. Compares to my lou and grey in softness and quality.
The olive color is vivid yet neutral. It's most noticeable on my solid colored one (the other two i own are striped) if i could buy this in every color i would -- this is the perfect casual tee.
Cons
Not transparent at all, soft and didn't wrinkle easily. Ok with capri leggings but would not be good with regular fit pants or capris.

The sleeves arent so loose that you can see into the shirt but they arent fitted
