Pros

I love that it is airtight. The seal isn't water-tight but it does keep the glass from chipping when putting the lid on.

The glass is clear and there is only minimal distortion. I like how this looks, very neat and tidy. I hope that my experience is helpful and you kindly will click the button below.

The capacity is huge. As they are heavy whe filled i suggest as counter storage or lower shelves in the pantry. I have my coffee beans in it and sitting on my counter because it looks so pretty.

Wide opening makes it very easy to handle the scoop (i use a 24oz scoop). The lid operates easily, and the jar seems sturdy. I love that the lid seals so tightly so i can store baked goods or air sensitive items inside.

It's sturdy, very heavy. It’s super thick, sturdy, and well made. It is really beautiful and quite heavy. The glass is surprisingly not too heavy but top has a significant amount of weight to it.

Cons

Glass is cheap, can't let nothing touch it or it'll shattered. Very large. Water and gravel are much heavier.

You rarely will see jars of this size for sale and when you do they will never be at this low a price.

So i find it to be a good value.

I did feel it was a bit expensive for a simple glass jar.

The jar arrived very securely packaged to protect it from damage during shipping.

The jar that i received, the lid fits air tight ( no movement at all.

Packaging/appearance

It was packaged very well and the packaging was not damaged in transit.

This container arrived in perfect condition, with great protective packing.

Competitiveness

I orginally tried another popular brand with a black metal lid and the quality was terrible.
