Pros
The bag is probably still worth it even with ordering a new strap. The zippers all work and the construction seems fine. There is also an outside side compartment that runs the length of the bag.
The bag holds its shape well for packing - i hate a bag that collapses as you try to put in folded clothes. At lease 5 days worth of clothing.

There is no way to get the bag back to me and sent back for a refund. Save your money and buy something better. Walmart protege is much stronger bag.

Most of the inexpensive bags that i saw were between 57 less expensive but there were considerably cheaper in that they were made of a very thin material which is fine if youre looking for something to fold up
