Pros

The strap is very sturdy and the padding made carrying the bag easy on the shoulder. Sturdy comfy great value.

Cons

The strap itself is very thin and not sturdy. It folds and twists in on itself way too easily. Because of this, the padding slips and slides constantly down the thin/twisted strap. The strap is considerably narrower than the sleeve it runs through.
