Cons
The strap itself is very thin and not sturdy. It folds and twists in on itself way too easily. Because of this, the padding slips and slides constantly down the thin/twisted strap. The strap is considerably narrower than the sleeve it runs through.

The shoulder pads feel comfortable but the sewing at the end of both pads isnt tied off so it will start falling apart
