Pros

Cuts through beef and pork like butter. Love the price and design of blade. Bought specifically for chopping ribs, but use all the time.

It is very well made, strong and sturdy to use and so very sharp. It * the hair right off my arm. Easy to maneuver and wicked sharp.

The handle is a little small, but with a couple of paper towels wrapped around the handle for grip all is well. Geometry is nice and very useful; though i wish the base of the handle had a curve to prevent slippage.

Great knife. Will update review after some time with my new best friend. I'm a butcher, and this thing is an absolute beast. Highly recommended and awesome product.

Beautiful knife with excellent packaging. And that's all it took to hook me on the brand. A midrange price for top end quality. It's compact with the saya in my knife roll and can see it used regularly!
