Pros

Great for sauces and simmering. Unmatched packaging, unmatched quality.

Pan is not too heavy just right weight to handle, very well heat distribution, nonstick, and easy to clean. Wrapped in soft decorative drawstring bags. There has been no warping.

Heavy but manageable. At least twice the metal at 10 pounds. Felt is provided to protect wok and a cloth bag for the wok.

The 5qt pan distributes heat well, it also cleans up fairly easy. And that works on any stainless steel pan.

Cons

The company's obsession with cosmetics is annoying. Stop posing as vikings. The fact that an $80 pan is warped after less than two months of use?

Whenever possible i purchase dalstrong, i have e few of the knives but the pans are just as legit, quality isn't spared , the best ever.

I have never seen a pan of this quality.
