Pros
Anything you want precisely sliced is a dream with this blade. Used this knife for the first time slicing a brisket this weekend. Carved a smoked roast like butter. It looks good feels good and sliced so nice.
Plastic sheath protects edge. Ergonomically it feels fantastic.
This veritable sword of a knife is absolutely stunning. The handle is exquisitely made and fits well in my hand. Dalstrong knives are absolutely beautiful, extremely well made and amazingly sharp!
They are heavier that the other series, but i prefer a heavier knife. All great knives all with many many years of cutting, chopping etc. I am confident that our outcomes would have been very different with this knife.
Cons
Pure disappointment upon removing the knife from the beautiful packaging and sheath. The finish looks more like alluminized steel. The blade needs a good thick and flexible non-bendable backbone, so back it went without testing the durability of sharp... Read More

The knife can achieve the flexibility of an arcos knife or other major brand but you have to apply more pressure probably because of the folded steel
