Pros

Dalstrong makes a fantastic product for their prices. I definitively recommend this knife, it's the first dalstrong i buy. The quality is truly inspiring. Who doesn't want a knife that looks like it belongs to a roman gladiator?

The bolster fits naturally in thumb and forefinger for good point-tip, edge, and heel control. This knife is a great multipurpose knife for anyone who likes multipurposed tools. It handles well and easy to manage.

This is the best serrated knife i have ever owned. Love the feel in my hand and the curve of the blade makes cutting veggies a breeze. Great for slicing meats and turning right around and cutting bread or slicing soft fruits or veggies like tomatoes. ... Read More

It comes with the protective blade sleeve, made of plastic. I probably like this one even more because the blade itself isn't showy. Heavy plastic blade protector that they come with is really a great safety feature.

It has a rockwell hardness rating of 55-56 which is a moderately hard steel. Rocks effortlessly and is crazy sharp.

Cons

The two chef knives have a major flaw where the handle sides are too small or the tang is too large. The knife does not hold an edge, it attracts rust like crazy and the handle dries out too easily.

Not wasting the $$ and time shipping it back. Dices are wrong.
