Quality

Very nice knife, comfortable handle and well balanced.

I have been using this knife for meats mainly…at times even partially frozen and it is amazing nice and thin and wow does it stay sharp.

I just finished rough cutting partially frozen roasts for the meat slicer and this knife went through the roasts like butter.

The knife had multiple scratches on it.

Price

I just wish that for the price of the knife, i would get something that at least had a even blade on both sides.

This is a relatively low cost knife but you would not know it.
