Pros

Sharp, holds its edge, has an amazing ergonomics. The blade has a nice stiff flex feel which lends itself very well to its purpose. It's razor sharp and holds an edge for a long time.

Nice boning knife. They take customer feedback & satisfaction very seriously. Very polite and very helpful.

This knife is sleek and feels great in hand. It feels good, and performs great. Very nimble and easy to work with.

Cons

They’ve never been washed in the dishwasher either. It has next to zero edge retention, becomes dull after minutes of intended use.

I have shogun series knife and it's a better quality but also more money.

Be careful very sharp i am amazed by the quality for the price cuts very well limiting the ability to get cut no drag to smooth

2, the sheath for this one isn't as functional as the other dalstrongs.

For the price, this is comparable to a wusthof that is 2-3x the price.
