Pros
Craftsmanship is extremely good. Packaging and presentation is fantastic. Whenever i take it out, people are impressed.
I let all of my cooks use it to break down chuck and briskets everyday. It cuts like butter, slicing easily through the meat. Works great for carving poultry, slicing beef and pork.
Great value for the money. Worth every penny. Dalstrong customer service is the best i've ever experienced. They go above and beyond to assist and assure that the customer is satisfied.
Cons
They send a bunch of unnecessary cr*p along with it. This probably drives up the cost and doesn't really bring anything of value, more like hype and marketing.

Knife has been great for the price.
This is a good mid range priced knife for the professional.
All of my other crap knives were $20 and came in a wooden block.

Shipping
After sharing my concerns with the customer service team, they were very prompt in making sure i was happy.
Amazon sucks as usual, couldn't get things right if they had to, never on time and always when you really need the item they screw up!
Not yet used it just arrived yesterday.
The police came and took him to the hospital, where he died during surgery.
Packaging/appearance
The craftsmanship is extremely good and the packaging the knives come in immediately shows how much they care about what they're doing.
Came extremely sharp out of the box.
So it's sharp, weighty, nicely designed, very sturdy, very nice packaging if it's a gift but don't trust the sheaf to hold it tightly.
Competitiveness
A mix up at amazon had this knife delivered to me instead of the car parts i ordered, huge win for me.
