These are awesome knives. They just have a really nice heft to them. They exceeded my expectations. Knives like these are an investment and a worthwhile one.

The zwilling professional s has a smooth ergonomic shaped handle for an easy grip. All 3 knives have a reassuring weight to them and incredible balance. The knives are heavy, but not too much.

If you've never owned a real professional chef knife this will be a revelation to you. My only reservation is the handle.
