Pros

I have no affiliation with dalstrong, and i can say that they exceeded my expectations. They stand solidly behind their products. They are very responsive!

The zwilling professional s has a smooth ergonomic shaped handle for an easy grip. All 3 knives have a reassuring weight to them and incredible balance.

This is the best knife i've ever owned. My only reservation is the handle. This makes 8 knives i have from them now ranging from a few weeks old to several years. This knife is so good it is making me want to replace all of my knives.

Cons

Don't believe all the customer service satisfaction rhetoric. This $70 knife can just not compete with the $100 tier knifes. There are better choices in the same price range - mercer genesis.

Even with light use and meticulous care, this knife just isnt great. Barely 3 months old. Which is not much.
