This knife is so well made and sharp.

The shape of the blade is so slicing potatoes and tomato don’t stick to the blade.

This thing is even sharper than my filet knife.

It’s a perfect gift for someone who loves the kitchen and wants an elegant knife without spending $200+ on it.

Overall this is a excellent knife for the price.

Not sure if i just happened to received an un-inspected knife or something, but for $80+ this is not a good knife.

You definitely get what you pay for and i want to invest in more of these for my kitchen and start getting rid of the res.
