Can't say enough good things about this product.

I say it is worth it for the price.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging is beautiful as is the knife.
It was handled with such care and packaging was phenomenal.
Competitiveness
I chose a dalstrong & i'm glad i did.
My first purchase of this type of knife was a henckels brand that cost more than this one.
I wouldn't recommend most of their knives to a professional prep chef.
Definitely will buy more knives from dalstrong in the future, the customer service was exceptional.

Its not the end of the world cutting a potato is a nightmare with my bob kramer i just use a mandolin and call it a day

The super absorbant felt cloth inside i imagine is next to impossible to dry without using a hair dryer

I cut into out of the oven bread and it didnt deform at allhighly recommend any dalstong knivesthis is not paid advertising or demos

The blade seemed to have discolorations on both sides of the blade sorta like rust but not removable the more i tried to remove the discolorations the worse it got
