I was hesitant when i saw the price of this knife but comforted by the reviews.

Packaging/appearance

As usual, their packaging and presentation is solid.

Only real complaint, and yes, i know this is stupid, but it was a bit too sharp for my tastes, right out of the box.

As a customer i really do appreciate that, and will probably buy more dalstrong knives down the road because of it.

I feel like a chef when i have this in my hand.

While i like dalstrong products, their advertisement and branding is rather gauche.
