Pros

Dalstrong's gladiator series is really a beast of a lineup. My husband asks for these knives every gifting holiday so grow his collection! Dalstrong never fails to amaze me!

Cons

Craftsman ship is nice but having holes in the knife is not practical for cutting vegetables. The blade itself is not sharp. This is a disastrous knife that anyone should stay away from.

Definitely recommend if you’re looking for low maintenance but good quality!

Third off, i had some concerns with the design of the deflector that kept me from buying it right away.

While it's handle looked fine, i could feel spots were the metal rivets and tang weren't flush with the handle material.

This new dalstrong knife is another piece to my dalstrong collection.
