Pros

The quality is truly inspiring. Dalstrong makes a fantastic product for their prices. It's the first dalstrong i buy and will be purchasing more of their products in the future.

It's well balanced and maneuverable. Weighty and fits firmly in the hand. It handles well and easy to manage.

This is the best serrated knife i have ever owned. Love the feel in my hand and the curve of the blade makes cutting veggies a breeze. Perfect for push style chopping!

The factory edge is quite sharp. It's sharpened so precisely that it slides smoothly on the nail. It has a rockwell hardness rating of 55-56 which is a moderately hard steel.

Love the balance, weight and sharpness of this chef's knife. This knife is so awesome when you do a lot of food prep.

Cons

The two chef knives have a major flaw where the handle sides are too small or the tang is too large. The knife does not hold an edge, it attracts rust like crazy and the handle dries out too easily.

Not wasting the $$ and time shipping it back. Dices are wrong.
