Pros

The blade is typical european beveled style and extremely sharp. Works well for the budding home cook. Excellent sharpness and blade profile.

This knife is a gem. The hammer finish on this knife is beautiful! This thing is a beast and might make you poop your pants.

Stunning knife in terms of looks and functionality. Recommend it to anyone looking for a handsome, functional knife. Very satisfied with this knife.

Had to pay er a visit and get a tetanus shot, a fun 9 hour adventure. Surprisingly useful.

Despite being a rather large chef knife, it is very nimble and easy to handle. The stylish handle is well suited to the smaller hand. Some call this too heavy a knife but it's my daily driver for 6-7 hours of prep work per day.

Cons

The victorinox chefs knife is much better. All the way to the same rivets. Too clumsy a chef knife.
