Pros

This mini cleaver is perfect for all kinds of chopping, cutting, slicing. The length is just perfect for most tasks. Great for mincing herbs and chopping vegetables. Makes cutting everything feel like cutting butter.

This is a knife you can admire for it's looks and craftsmanship. Received this knife as gift. I am hooked will be buying all knifes from them in the future. This is an awesome knife dalstrong.

G10 handle slabs are built to last. Does not dent or bend like other low cost substandard metals. Ceramic removes more material & makes maintaining the sharpness much easier.

The raptor completes my dalstrong shogun set. The layered steel blade of two stainless alloys is beautiful as well.

Cons

Do not waste $100 + for a disposable chopper. The handle is nearly on the cutting board when using the heal. The heal is too low forcing way too much movement.

Thick strong blade sloping down to a thin, keen edge.

Liquid dishwashing detergent is terribly corrosive and powdered dishwashing detergent is very abrasive.

Price

They are inexpensive, easy to store and quick to use for literally anybody.

For me, it was well worth the price.
