Pros

I really like the esthetics of the design, and it has held an edge very well. I use it to trim briskets and cut steaks from roasts. Just wish it was sharper is all.

Great packaging especially to be gifted. Beautifully packaged in a heavy silver box.

Heavy enough but not overwhelming. The way that the handle wanes into the blade fits my finger just right. As a metal handled knife, any bum makes the whole knife ring out like a chime.

Love this chefs knife. Ps, my chef calls it the knife from the future. Once i'm more settled in i hope to also buy the crusader steak knife set!

A cheaper bread knife slices through bread better than this knife. Not worth the money.

The knife was razor sharp right out of the box.

Blade is way to short but the sharpest knife out of the box maybe ever in my life.

This thing came extremely sharp right out of the box.
