Pros

Dalstrong delivers again! Very happy with the purchase. Will be buying more of this brand.

The serrated steak knife set for four is some of the best knives we own. This slicer is sharp and has a great weight to it! It's perfect for slicing jamón.

The balance and smoothness of it's handle are impeccable and is living in my kitchen with pride! Perfect weight, perfect balance and sharp. Good deal of weight in the handle to offset the 12 inch blade nicely.

It really does a superb job slicing beef brisket. Went through the brisket like butter. Every */griller needs a good set of knives.

The quality of all of dalstrongs knives is exceptional. Dalstrong quality is unmatchable. It's a higher quality steel than a vicky, more close to wusthof.

Cons

It is just mediocre to me. The blade is not heat treated well. My big disappointment stems from the fact that the knife itself wasn't as sharp as i expected.

Although i do recommend the dalstrong knives for the quality, if you happen to get a dull one, i suggest returning it for a sharp knife.

Honestly i went with the 14 cause didn't wanna run into a issue with something too big to cut!

Price

I love the feel of these knives and the prices are just right for me.

Well worth the cost in my opinion.

Great packaging is followed up by a wicked sharp blade.

That packaging was over the top in quality and appearance.

I have other dalstrong knives, and it seems getting a sharp knife out-of-the-box is the luck of the draw.

Like all dalstrong knives, i found this one to be well made, sharp, and balanced.

The last dalstrong knife i bought was not sharp, to i returned it rather than deal with it.

Considering the prices for dalstrong knives, i believe they should be sharp when you get them, but this is not always the case.
