The best filet/trimming knife i have used. Blade has some flex to which is exactly what i was looking for in a filet blade!
Great knife, beautiful design and color. Worth every penny. Amazing product with a sleek design. I love the look of the knife and the lightweight it is!

I do prefer a straight blade as compared to the scimitar style but the curviture isn't as pronounced as others i've used.
