Pros & Cons
Pros
Luv these knives. Exceptional value. Looks great and works even better.
Fantastic balance, right at the middle finger for a normal grip. Strong steady blade, beautiful design. Well balanced. Two thumbs up.
Dalstrong knives are for the novice to the professional chef. Great for fish or any other poultry or meat. Makes skinning deer a breeze.
Insanely sharp. Works great and it is sharp. It remains sharp for a loooong time.
Cons
This model is not the same craftsmanship. It’s not very comfortable in the hand and looks cheaply made.
The main problem with this is when it comes to sharpening. The cutting edge is not smooth it’s jagged from the sharpening process. This happens with even slight bends or uneven primary grinds.
