Pros & Cons
Pros
Although all knives need sharpening eventually, this knifes stays sharp longer than many of the other knives i have. Came pretty sharp out of the box just needing a little bit of honing.
I like this dalstrong fillet knife because it's easy to handle, flexible, nimble and easy to sharpen. It fillets fish very well and is a high-quality knife that you will like. I’m so super picky about my knives and after my last filet knife that had b... Read More
These knives fit the hand comfortably. The weight of the handle actually takes some of the strain off of the forearm and elbow. It sharpens so easily and beautifully.
Cons
The fit of the handle is horrible! While it is only off by a few sheets of paper in thickness, it's enough to irritate your hand and fingers. The marketing feeds you a tall tale. Returned for refund.
This is by far the dullest brand new fillet knife i ever saw or even heard of. Sharpened, then dull again. They need to discounting this knife or do some major changes to it.

It comes in a very nice box that would be giftable and includes a sheath to protect the knife if you keep your knives in a drawer.
It came beautifully presented in a box which included a sheath.
Came pretty sharp out of the box just needing a little bit of honing.
