Pros
This honing steel is a must for keeping your blade edges perfectly aligned. It's 10 inch length allows for even the larger knives to be properly honed. The length and weight of it serve my strength and the knife very well.
Well balanced and meaty. Full tang lends to the beautiful balance in your hand.
Cons
This thing is junk and not worth the money! The sharpening surface is not solid like one would expect it to be. Rod have scratches and debris. This steel reminds me of something that you'd get out of a $30 home knife set.

Such a reliable, comfortable honing steel rod it has weight to it making it have a much better feel, love it!
If the knife has been abused (never correctly maintained) this will not bring it back to life.
3 pulls and it was a razor again

A little pricey but i feel it is worth the money.
For an extra $20, you get something you'll enjoy for many years.
