Cons
After 6 months using all rusted. Block has dings all over it and cracks in the wood. Handles on the knives are not flush and the blades are not very sharp.

Quality
Sharp, well made, they look great and a great purchase for the quality and price for the amateur chef or homeowner.
Also after several months of cooking with the knives i can say that they are very good quality!
I ended up having issues with the block 2x.
One of the knife blades had a small nick in it but doesn’t affect the use or quality.
Price
Comparable to sets that cost quite a bit more.
Shipping
Had a mixup in shipping and i only received the block.
Then contact them via the email and the response was very fast from nancy.
Competitiveness
Overall very satisfied with my unboxing and initial tests of some blades.
*******update: i did contact dalstrong via amazon but didn't work.
