Pros
The replacement is beautiful and works great. Fantastic knife with excellent edge retention. This knife set is impressive to look at and fantastic quality.
Razor sharpened blades. Have had for almost 2 years now and only had to sharpen a few times. My shun's are left in the dust by the quality and precision of this blade.
I am absolutely blown away by this knife. Dalstrong. Not disappointed.
Cons
After emailing, and never recieving a replym i would say this experience has been less than ideal. I have never put these in the dishwasher, my assumption is that my hands were wet when putting them away.

I enjoy sharpening them every few months with the large-sized dalstrong stones.
These knives were heavy, beautiful and high quality.
Overall the quality is on par with what i expected.
I think perhaps the pakkawood does not like certain climates.

It's razor sharp coming out of the most beautiful packaging i have seen.
It's a beautiful knife and has excellent packaging.

I can absolutely recommend buying dalstrong knives now.
I see myself only purchasing dalstrong from now on.
You will get a superior knife in every way, including cost.

They unfortunately didn’t fit our kitchen space as we planned and we had to return them for the gladiator series
