Pros

It's sharp from the tip to the extended back of the blade. Perfect for chopping dicing and any kitchen tasks. Slices meat effortlessly.

This knife is heavier than most of my other knives, but it balances so beautifully in my hand that i didn't notice the weight when chopping and slicing. This knife also has the strongest magnetic hold out of all of my knives.

The meat axe is very manageable and useful. By cutting the bones, the collagen in the bones is released into the broth. This axe is so durable that you’ll have to leave it to someone in your will.

This is not a knife that you want your children or inexperienced cooks to encounter.
