Pros

The wife loves how it makes prepping cooking ingredients so much easier. The weight and feel in the hand is just phenomenal. Use it to mince and cut up whole and quarter chickens.

This is hands down the secret knife i needed for my arsenal and didn't know it. I tend to use a single cleaver for all of my asian inspired cooking. I love the fact that it comes with a cover so is protected the whole time.

The craftsmanship is top of the line bar none. The packaging is elegant and 1st class. Fit and finish on these are superb.

Great mini cleaver , very sharp , very well made.

Great quality,, very sharp and comfortable to use.

After a few uses i realized that the micro scratches are from the plastic sheath.

I break down chickens with this knife at a rate of about 1 chicken every 90 seconds.

Price

One of the best values out there.

Its a nice sharp meat cleaver for the price.

The craftsmanship is top of the line bar none, plus it was very affordable.

Packaging/appearance

It comes nicely boxed with a pin (neither of which matter to me, but would be nice touches for gift giving).

But the box came with a crushed corner.

Competitiveness

Dalstrong is a great brand that i trust more than any of the other leading brands.

I had preferences of shogun series over gladiator series.
