Pros

The quality is outstanding and the packaging is beautiful. Don't judge. These are not disappointing. Problem is solved.

They are also great when flipping or turning things that have a coating on them; they do a great job without piercing the exterior. I use them at work for sauté station, they’re great and versatile. Use them to remove waffles from my waffle iron.

Most of my cutlery is dalstrong so at least it is part of the set. Great for making perfect pasta nests and picking and placing for plating. Great addition to a chefs knife bag.

The dhalstrong tweezers are very high quality and excellent finish. They're great for precision plating and little microgreens.

Cons

These are really hard to squeeze. You have to squeeze down on them so hard that by the time the tips are touching you lose all dexterity and sensitivity. After a while you will fill the workout, in a bad way.
